Do I need to download anything to use OddSlingers?

No, Oddslingers is a no download poker platform, we don't use flash or require any downloads, simply visit Oddslingers.com on desktop or mobile.

What information do I need to sign up?

Signing up is easy and free. You only need a username, an email and a password. You'll get an email from us with a link to confirm your email address and you're ready to play! If you don't receive the confirmation email check your spam folder, check for typos or contact us.

How can I learn the rules of poker easily?

We have a free learning section with a Texas Hold'Em Walkthrough Tutorial, basic game rules and information. With this information you could sign up, join a table and learn poker while playing.

Where are the other users on the site from?

The site is worldwide for free play-chips poker and we plan on adding translations soon.

Am I playing a computer or real people or both?

We have a mix of AI players and real players on the site. Depending on what timezone you're in, there may be more or fewer humans online. You can recognize the AI players as all their names are puns about computers, and if you click on their name on the seat you will see a picture of Bender from Futurama on their profile, and a note in their bio indicating they're an AI trainer, along with some hints about their playstyle ;)

Do I need a credit card to start playing at OddSlingers?

No credit card or deposit is required for playing poker at OddSlingers. It’s play-chips only, and as they are currently free of charge, no money is needed to buy play-chips for now. You only need to sign up and have fun!

Is this strictly a "for fun" site with no charge for chips at anytime?

It's play-chips only, which are currently free of charge and not redeemable for any real money value. The project is free, ad-free, and open source!

When are real-money games available?

OddSlingers is not pursuing a license to host real-money games.

Can I play a game with a friend by sending them a link?

You could invite a friend to an existing table or create a table. In both cases, on the left side of the table you can find the options menu, where you can find the share table link feature. There you get the option of sharing a link with your friend or you could invite them via email.

Troubleshooting

What should you do if you encounter an error message when signing in?

Click on the Forgot password? link at the bottom of the login page and we'll send you an email with your username and a link to reset your password.

I'm experiencing lag or delay when playing, how can I fix that?

Refresh, check the speedtest page or contact support.

How can I report any bugs or make a suggestion?

Through our support page or send us an email to [email protected]

How can I access my data or delete my account?

You have the option on your profile page to download your data and to delete your account.
