Oddslingers: Speedtest

This dial shows the time it takes for the Oddslingers servers to process an action.
We try to keep it below 1/10th of a second at all times.

Our servers accept actions from around the world and queue them for up to 100ms to prevent double-acting or out-of-order acting. The actual time it takes our servers to process & commit actions is usually much lower, around ~30ms.

This dial shows how long it takes to send an action from your computer to the Oddslingers servers.

It's primarily affected by the physical distance between you and the Oddslingers servers and the quality of your internet connection. The Oddslingers developers cannot fix your wifi or make light go faster, though we'll certainly try to do everything in our power to help you have a good time on Oddslingers!

This dial shows how fast your browser can render game animations.
Make sure you're using a modern, up-to-date browser like: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Opera. More powerful computers will get higher results, but most people should be able to run animations at over 30 frames per second.
If you get low numbers, try closing other tabs and programs.

If you're not located in the Americas, you can generally expect latency to be 200ms-800ms.
Don't worry if you have a slow connection, the game will still progress normally, we give up to a second of leniency to account for high latency.

If the numbers above seem high, first try refreshing, then follow the steps below.

1. Check your internet connection speed using Speedtest.net
2. Try rebooting your computer
3. Try resetting your router or modem
4. Contact support
